All in all the Mufflers installed pretty easily the only problem I had with my 2020 flhtk Ultra Limited was the right hand indentation on the muffler was just barely too shallow at the bottom for the axle nut to freely move up and down past that point but it was an easy enough fix no problem

I am adding to my review after 8 months due to the fact that the pipes are now starting to rust around some of the welds that you can see in the photo I have added. Update! Sharkroad has great customer service. They sent me another set and they look great. Don’t fear about buying these. They sound great easy to install and if you do have issues great customer service!

Initially I was a little concerned because you get what you pay for. Most of the higher end slip ons were very pricey. I accidentally came across these while listening to YouTube pipe sounds, and the sound was exactly what I was looking for. So I took a chance, they were cheaper cost wise then some of the others I was looking at, but the sound blow me away. It took about 40 minutes to install them, and man when I fired up the bike, wow, it seemed the bike came to life, nice throaty sound, not stupid loud, but you definitely know it’s there. I’ve got about four rides on these pipes, they look amazing and sound and perform even better. Would definitely recommend.

Have not installed these yet. So I can only comment on the out of box impressions. And there’s a reason why these cost half the price of name brand ones. Keep in mind these WILL rust! These are not stainless steel like the more expensive ones! The tapper on the passenger side pipe is all rippled and wavy. And the chrome or the lack of chrome is worn off down to bare steel at the welds on both of them. And the black cap has a chunk out of it. Seriously debating on returning. I guess it’s true that you definitely get what you pay for…. I might be too over critical. Oh and the baffle is NOT easily removable! The baffle is only half the pipe the back half is just a smooth tube lol. I’ll try to upload a pic but it’s hard to see it in the photo vs real life.

I have never written a review, so you know I must be highly impressed. I had stock mufflers on my 2019 Ultra Limited, they were good, but I was looking for something a little meaner sounding. After about one month of researching, a chance with these Sharkroad slip-ons. The installation was QUICK and straightforward. When I started it up, I immediately heard the difference… AMAZING. Then I took it for a spin around the block, and my wife told me she heard me coming before she saw me….. The only thing I would recommend is making the mounting bolts a little longer if we need to add a couple of washers to prevent it from hitting the axel nut. The indents were slightly off, but that washer made it fill like a glove.

I was hesitant at first mostly because of the price, I’ve had Tab performance, Rhinhart, and CFR slip on and have spent a ton of money only to be disappointed and not be the sound I was looking for. After reading many reviews I figured WTH it’s only $250. I’m can’t say enough good things about this product from quality of craftsmanship to sound. If you’re looking for the really low deep throaty sound that you can feel in your chest these are the slip ons for you. I took off the end caps and took out the baffles to see how it sounded. It sounded great but it hurts low end power and so it took several frustrating hours to put them back on.

I wanted exhaust that would be louder than my factory harley exhaust. These are not much better. The chrome is bubbling and overall just not happy. Save your money and buy the name brand ( Rhinehart, Cobra, Vance and Hines ) I won’t recommend these nor will I refer to these

Arrived on time and just as described! Super easy to install. Just loosened 3 bolts slipped off old pipes and put the new pipes on. Only took me about 20 minutes to install. Most of that time was spent trying to get the brake side pipe on. It was a tight fit. Had to use a block of wood and a hammer to get it to seat correctly. Other than that eveything fit like it was supposed to. These pipes exceeded my expectation for sound! I had listened to a bunch of youtube vids on these pipes. All I can say is none of the videos captured how awesome these sound in person! Has a deep bass rumble when Idling and a mean growl when revved. On top of that, they look awesome on the bike. I installed them on a 2018 Road Glide. Highly reccomend if you are looking for great sound on a budget!

Bought first set of these slip on pipes and they ended up running late, so I placed a second order because historically, usually means that they don’t arrive and we really wanted to upgrade before a rally. First set of pipes arrived in a mangled box a week late and the pipes were dented and scratched, so we were glad we ordered the second set. Unfortunately, the second set also ended up ‘running late’ and never even arrived, so we had no choice but to put the dented/scratched first set of pipes on. So disappointing!!As far as the pipes themselves, they do sound good, much louder than stock once you give them a few days to expand/heat up because they do get louder over time. Definitely not a Vance and Hines with stage one upgrade, but not bad for the price, other than the fact that they arrived damaged or not at all.

Looked good out of the box. But was going to flip the end caps to match the slant in the bags. Once I finally did get the end caps off the right side baffle came straight out with minor effort. The left side wasn’t budging. I tried for 45 minutes to loosen it and finally admitted defeat. So I go to put the end caps back on to match the bags and both muffler bodies were egg shaped which explains why they were so hard to get off in the 1st place. There is no bigger let down than reading and believing the hype of something and getting it and you can’t even use them. Very disappointed. Hopefully that was just the set I got. I have read other reviews that say “don’t take the end caps off, took me the better part of 2 hours to get them back on” I say do your research and buyer beware. Make sure they’re returnable before purchasing

I was skeptical like alot of other people. After a little fighting with the install (all my fault), they went on and look and sound great. Let’s see how they hold up. They sound great. Can’t wait for the rain to stop. I also, put them in my cart about a month ago and they were $188. I was shocked that they still gave them to me for that price. I was going to purchase the Vance and Hines for big money until my buddy said try these first and if you don’t like them send them back. Needless to say they are still on my bike and I love them, They have a deep tone to them but are not obnoxiously loud. I can hear my music while riding and when I step on it everyone knows the boss is coming through. I highly recommend giving SharkRoad a try.

Was in need for slip-ons for my new to me 2020 FLHTP. Old bike had Rineharts, paid 700$. Goal was to get a little less noise but more deep rumble. Research taught me that the louvered baffle seems to achieve that. So I took a chance and went for the Sharkroad with reverse slash cut tips and louvered baffle.After I installed the slip-ons, the sound was ok kind of but not just there yet if you know what I mean.I completed the stage I with TAB headers and a DK Custom breather.First start up and hell yeah, that’s exactly what I was looking for. Deep aggressive rumble with a tone that just sounds mean .I’m super happy with those slip-ons. They seem to be well made, look great and sound awesome.Best is the price, more than half of the comparable V&H – 229$ for me chrome body and tips cc10.They are not as loud as the TAB slip-ons but I wasn’t looking for that. I wanted deep, mean, aggressive. I recommend to buy if you are looking for the same .

1st start up and wow, exactly the sound I was looking for. Deep rumble with deep screaming when rolling on the throttle. Cruising down the highway is rather quiet. My requirements profile was completed.
I’m super happy. If you plan on going the Sharkroad route, get headers without a cat and a good air cleaner . It really pays off. I would buy again.

Went on super easy on my 2019 Ultra Limited. I expected it to take a lot longer than advertised, but it legitimately only took me about 30-45 minutes after my saddlebags were off including pulling the stock ones off. Sound is definitely nicer than stock, deeper and louder but not extreme. I’ve only had them on for a week so far and due to weather have only taken them for a ride once. I’m happy so far though.
