EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

 

We always hope you will love the item(s) that purchased from us. If not, we’ll be happy to take the unworn or eligible products (see below) within 30 days of the delivery date.

Exchange Policy

  1. Orders can only be changed within 6 hours after placing your order.
  2. Once an exchange is completed, returns will not be acceptable.

Cancellation Policy

  1. The order can be canceled for free within 6 hours after placing your order.
  2. Please note that once the order has been shipped out, it can no longer be canceled. 

Return Policy

  1. Items can be returned within 30 days of receiving your original order(W/ APPROVAL).
  2. Items must be returned in original, factory condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged and with tags attached in original packaging) as we do not sell refurbished or previously owned products.
  3. Please notice that if you wish to return any or all parts of your order, you will need to contact customer service firstly, you can send the items back after their confirmation. Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment account. Buyer needs to pay for the return shipping fee. Or you can keep the product and negotiate with our customer service for the refund directly.
  4. After the return request has been authorized, the products can be shipped back to the address we provide. Please kindly send emails about your order number and returned package tracking number. 
  5. Any self-return without consent will be considered an invalid return and no refund will be made.
  6. Care and styling product, accessories, liquids, and special order items are ineligible for return. Please note that free gifts should be shipped out together with the original package.

 

Eligible Products

  1. In original condition with tags attached (items have not been cut, worn, altered or damaged) and in original packaging.
  2. Odor-Free (Any odors on the product will render the product ineligible for exchange)
  3. Item(s) must be returned within 7 days from receiving your original order. No returns/exchanges will be processed after 7 days of receipt.
  4. Custom order (including custom color, length, cap size, style) and Celebrity style are ineligible for exchange or return.

NOTE: We have shot a picture for every packed item with the original condition.

 

When Will I Receive My Refund?

The refund caused by order cancellation, refund agreement or Mediation will be process instantly from Paypal account. However, it may take 7-10 business days for it to display on your credit card statement.
